Trip to Santa Claus, Indiana

SSSRA enjoyed a weekend getaway in Santa Claus, Indiana!

We visited Holiday World Theme Park, where we rode The Raven and The Legend roller coasters, Rough Rider bumper cars, Star Spangled Carousel, and more. The rain on Friday afternoon didn’t stop our fun! We were able to return the next day to enjoy the rides we missed due to the rain.

We also visited Santa Claus Museum & Village, where we learned about the history of the town, wrote letters to Santa, rang the bell to let the elves know a letter arrived, and saw a very large Santa statue! We enjoyed a campfire (with s’mores), cooked at the cabins, made a craft, and played games.

All participants and staff had a fun and memorable weekend, and everyone is looking forward to the next trip!
