Special Olympics Illinois has teamed up with the medical professionals from Advocate Health Group to provide FREE sports physicals for intellectually disabled individuals already participating, and for those interested in getting involved in Special Olympics sports. Register today, and a medical application form will be mailed to you with instructions.

This is not a staffed event. Athletes must be accompanied by a parent or group home staff throughout the whole process.
