SSSRA has the opportunity to decorate a tree at Brookfield Zoo! We are so excited to showcase ornaments made by our participants. Our tree will help promote SSSRA and show zoo visitors how much fun we have. Participants are invited to decorate the tree with us and will receive a patch commemorating the event.
Please dress for the weather as this is a rain or shine event. Please bring money if you would like to purchase food or souvenirs.
South Suburban Special Recreation Association (SSSRA) is a therapeutic recreation program that is an extension of seven park districts and three recreation and parks departments. It is organized to provide individuals with disabilities or special needs, the opportunity to be involved in year-round recreation.
