Congratulations, Laura!

Laura Pubins has accepted the position of Operations Manager at SSSRA!

Laura has worked for SSSRA since 2004, initially as a part-time Program Supervisor. In 2013, she switched roles and became one of our full-time Secretary/Registrars. She missed seeing participants at programs, so she began working as a Recreation Specialist in 2019.

Laura has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Elementary Education from Governor’s State University. Along with her many years of work experience at SSSRA, she has also worked at Lincolnway Special Recreation Association, New Lenox School District #122, and New Hope Center.

Laura’s familiarity with our participants and their family members, and her extensive knowledge of our agency’s administrative operations and program services are an asset to our organization.
